"Old and dated property that badly needs an upgrade as it seems to be falling apart. They have applied some quick fixes but given the size of the property they are not easy to operationalize in an economic manner. This property is in middle of nowhere, rooms are dated (think about motels in the US), bathrooms are just functional with cheap appointments, and staff seem to be demotivated. These type of properties are hard to manage given their size and struggle. Expect lot of bugs everywhere,...

"Chouette hotel, chambre standard un peu petit a notre goût et trop blanc. Déjeuner extra bq de choix et personnel super. Hotel juste ouvert donc pas tout dispo. ( manger pour midi). Bq d’ hotels ont 4 étoiles celui-ci je dirais plutot catégorie 3. Beaucoup aux alentours Plage sauvage, pas facile de s'y coucher, mais belle plage pas trop loin. En résumé tres contente pour la 1er fois a Majorque,on y retournera."

The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. "We are regular visitors. There are lots of returning guests. For a good reason. This is a wonderful hotel, spotless, modern yet full of character which is not easy to achieve. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient in equal measure. You must go."

"The bar wasn’t stocked with anything. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were friendly. The staff were nice in the kitchen not so much in the reception. The room was nice but the view wasn’t really nice."
