"Check-in was seamless and the staff was super friendly. The hotel is older, so some things are a bit dated, but the rooms have been updated. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin. We stayed downstairs, but the people next to us came in having an argument. Doors were slammed, you could hear exactly what they were fighting about. That is my only con at this hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything downtown."

"When first approaching inn houses looked questionable. The Inn was very nice and rooms were perfect size and very tasteful. The Inn is well maintained and a short walk to downtown we're I would go to sports bar next to grocery store for great food. Behind ice cream shop. "

"Not only is the one of the most affordable stays in Napa, but it’s an absolute gem! 22 total rooms and each with its own unique charm and small details such as the extra cozy bedding, and the ambience of the fireplace is just a nice touch. "The cottages are clean, cute, romantic, quiant and cozy. They are set in a magical, movie-like, get away from it all spot that is quiet and very walkable. The bathroom set up could use a bit of a redo, but that's my opinion. 100% charming."

"Calistoga Inn is a great option for a one-night stay in the heart of Calistoga. The hotel has a lot of historic charm, and our room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Since the rooms have shared bathrooms, having a sink in the room was especially convenient and made the setup much more comfortable than expected. "The room was not quite ready when we checked in around 11pm. Toilet has pee mark on it. Sink is broken so water not draining that we have to fix it ourselves as it was pretty late. When check out next day and shared these to staff, they didn’t say anything. The room has only one robe so we needed another one to go to mineral pool and I went to front desk to request it , they said they will ask stuff to deliver one it didn’t happen the whole morning. And my son left his contact lens in hotel....

"The room was very comfortable & what I expected from the pictures. The best treat was the spa experience. We enjoyed the workout facility, massages, the sauna, magnesium outdoor hot tub, adult pool etc. Food was good. We enjoyed biking from hotel into town. Lovina had amazing brunch. Fan of the Napa/Calistoga Valley area! We’ll be back."
