"Dusty walls; many, many marks and stains on floor, walls, and woodwork. Parking in front of rooms full of cigarette butts and small trash. Price was cheap but definitely not worth the bargain. Needs extensive deep cleaning and repainting."

"I didn’t like the fact that you were required to empty your own trash into a dumpster behind the property. If you stayed longer than a couple of days, you had to ask for more trash liners. You also had to ensure you started the dishwasher."
