When we arrived the bathroom smelt and the pool was dirty, after a day or so the smell in the room went. I believe if they flushed the drains in the bath room the day before we came this would have been alright, the pool was dirty, mossed and murky. They did not clean the pool until our last day, the hot water was not working but after we let them know it seemed to be fixed. The staff were awesome.

I really enjoyed staying at the Swan Paradise with my family. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and we absolutely loved it. The AC worked great and the rooms were cleaned up nicely. Staff was excellent! Very friendly and welcoming. They were helpful to our every needs. The amenities were great too. My family loved using the pools. There was a big diving board which was cool.

Room was nice. Had an excellent sleep each night. Food was good and reasonable price and pool was nice temperature
Only down side was had to pay for a bucket of ice which was only 20000rp but normally don’t have to
But would stay again
