"A five star hotel usually comes with a higher level of service and W fell a bit short. The biggest issue was the pool. You must have a bracelet to enter the pool. Bracelets are free with room and are available at front desk. I should’ve received or have been asked if I required said bracelets. Instead I was unaware and my wife and I went to the pool only to be embarrassed and treated like children. Staff simply said we couldn’t enter without bracelets. Nothing further and no sense of...

Location - 11 (ELEVEN) The best location by far.
Room - 7.5 Deluxe King (hardly deluxe) -Small-ish and in need of updating, clogged shower (fixed) and not 100% clean. There was a bottle cap on the floor by the bed when we arrived and still there 2 days later. Someone is not cleaning properly.
