"Loved our room and view.
We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running.
We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that.
The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions.

"My room was only refreshed once during my 5 day stay. I had to go ask for new towels on wells twice. Restaurants not open all day. You must schedule your day around restaurant hours unless you want to pay for meals outside the resort. Staff not very accommodating and no onsite place to buy souvenirs or necessities. "

"Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. "We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us.
We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not.
The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper.
The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

"A lovely holiday with fantastic staff, but let down by departure day.
Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic.
