"Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

"Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Struttura accogliente e ben tenuta. Piscina piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione eccezionale (buffet e servita). Disponibilità di parcheggio interno su prenotazione. Unico neo: orario reception (chiusa fino alle 11), suggerirei di anticipare l’orario di apertura almeno alle 10. In conclusione, penso che ci ritornerò. Consigliato."

"This property exceeded expectations. There was no mention about the incredible view of the entire Sorrento that you have from a beautiful terrace. We enjoyed our morning breakfast and sunset with a glass of Prosecco. The apartment was well appointed with plenty of space and for a family of five. My only wish list would be that that there would be a washing machine as we had already been travelling for five days and needed to wash clothes. The hosts were so lovely, very helpful and accommodating....
