"Room service staff, was beyond rude, stayed on the 3rd floor, an while I'm there trying to get rest, they banged on my door on 2 separate occasions, an the do not disturb sign had been placed on the door. Im a truck driver, i drive long hours an wanted to sleep in a bed peacefully. This happened to be a waste of money an time due to the fact, i ain't get the rest i wanted. For being disturbed at 8am, an again right two hours later, checkout wasn't till noon!"
