The service at the front desk was great the actual room was old and dingy kinda run down but the air conditioning worked and the location was great so many things within walking distance the pool was not in service and they did not have an iron or a blow dryer the lamp kept flickering but it was our first time in Phoenix and we didn't spend to much time in the room.

The last room we had killed 7 cockroaches and was on the bed, complained about it and changed rooms but think we should have been compensated for the room but was not but still stay here.
