"The front staff was borderline incompetent!!! She couldn't program the keys correctly and my key didn't work the first time at all. Apparently this was a her issue because a bunch of people came in to get their room keys fixed while I was checking in. She also verbally gave me a room number but then wrote down a completely different room number on my key folder which was another person's room. Didn't really matter because the key didn't work on either room anyway.

"Our room had what appeared to be construction dust as it was new construction. The front desk was rarely staffed. No hair dryer in room. No extra TP or towels, just one each. No tissue in room. Just seemed like a brand new really unorganized operation. Would not go back"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I went to ask if our room was available (215pm) and was met by a hostile and aggressive man wearing sunglasses behind the desk. Verbatim, he said ‘do you need something?’ UMMMM is that how you greet your guests? I asked if I could check in 45 minutes early and he was blunt with a very direct and cold ‘no’. No other words were spoken. No other options given. After reading their website, they do offer early check-in for $30. This wasn’t offered to me at all.

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. Aside from the bedding being clean and for the most part, comfortable, the rest of the room was terrible. Got the room specifically for the jetted tub, which aside from the drain not even holding water, there was also a small hole in the tub that caused the water to leak into the room and soak the carpet. The room also had a shower, in which the shower head would not lock into place and would spin around spraying water everywhere...

"I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful my stay was. From the greeting when I arrived to checkout all interactions with positive and friendly. The room and property was clean and maintained. I love that there was EV charging that was reasonably priced. The parking lot was well lit at night. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I will definitely stay again. I would love to see an offer for repeat stays if so, you would lock in my loyalty. "

"I chose this hotel as it was very close to Tempe Beach Park(the Reggie Rise Yp Festival was their). I could bot have been happier with my choice. The neighbor hood was beautiful. The employees were super nice. My only regret is I did not have more time to explore the area. I will always look for Westin hotels while traveling"
