Best Western Plus Surprise-Phoenix NW
There is no sound dampening between floors. You will hear anyone moving around above you. The worst I’ve extended in over 40 years of traveling.

Too cold to use pool but the breakfasts were great and the 24 hr coffee and tea in the lobby means I didn't have to try to make my own. Nice place with friendly staff.
