Rooms were clean and comfortable. Courtyard was clean and open and you need your keycard to get into the courtyard so only guests or staff were walking by the room. Laundry room was clean. There was a Pepsi machine but didn’t have anything diet. This hotel was centrally located and I plan on staying here the next time I go visit my granddaughters

Room was clean, bed was comfy. Very sketchy people around. Several people just hanging out outside. The was another guest of the motel yelling and screaming at someone else. The property has a gate but 2 of the entrances were broken bc you could just walk in without the key card.

Very clean and updated spacious room, you can cook in the room if you bring stuff to cook with. The bed wasn’t the comfiest but it was fine. The only thing this place needs is coffee in the morning. This place is way better than any motel 6. Other than that I was really comfortable here, will be back.

As mentioned in other reviews Casa Blanca is clean and the price is right. Downtown Chandler, has a sort of "charm" of its own. Not for everyone, but a tiny bit of the "real" wild west for adventurous types. We'll return.

Small, clean hotel on a main thoroughfare. My daughter and I stayed here overnight on a Friday. Traffic was very light after 9pm. Property was well lit and had locking gates that provided access to the rooms. Staff was friendly. We felt completely safe and a selection of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.
