Problem with our room door lock! No staff on hand to repair so we had to move everything! Problem obtaining any silverware for our dishes... had to borrow from our friends and return prior to leaving. Problem with clerk double charging our stay - took 3 days to speak to manager. Finally received a credit back to our account. Wonderful location - we will look elsewhere on our next visit.

Christopher checked me in.. handled my questions and my missing remote with .. with a smile!!! Your rooms are nice and A/C was nuxe and cool...Great Stay im fanna book another night! And I myself was a front desk clerk 20 plus years ago for a hotel by Disneyland...so THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR STAFF

The staff was very personable, helful, and kind. It was noisy while I was there due to animals and people just being loud. The room was not very clean when I arrived as I found remanants of animal food on floor. Also consider moving easy to move furniture when cleaning rooms because when because when I pulled the TV out to connect my computer and X Box it was absolutely disgusting. Kitchen and bathroom was clean tho! It was just the bedroom and desk area which was gross. Bathroom looks like it had some potentially serious water damage from above. Not a place I really wanted to spend time. Just a roof to sleep under. The price was very conpetitive to their credit. I won't recommend those who travel with my company stay here.

Caution before booking.

Very minimal amenities. No ice maker, no necessary items for kitchen. Smoke alarm went off 3 times in middle of the night. No pool or lobby area. Very minimal breakfast and one morning no coffee made. Hotel for out of town workers, not families.

We have come here several times and we like it. It’s clean and nice corner rooms if you get them. Alisa works at the front desk and she is always so helpful and kind! Great customer service from her - always! She is part of the reason we come back. If needed, we can always count on her to be helpful and knowledgeable for any needs we have. Thanks Alisa!

I love the location. The continental breakfast literally at the main entrance of the hotel next to the entryway trash can left a lot to be desired. When sitting at the foot of the bed, the front rails of the bed come up like a see-saw. The faucet continued to run though the water was turned off. The attendant tries to help but it seems to be beyond her control.

I requested a ground floor room and yes I got one! Our first morning the whole building had no hot water. The floors were sticky. Im not sure if its Hotels .com or if its Extended Stay America but AARP or Senior discounts are not available.
