"I flew into phoenix, as I am driving towards the property I start to notice the area is a bit sketch. I then see the property and start to question where I had reserved my stay. As I am checking in the young man at reception is not friendly. On the wall behind the reception there are all these signs like; No one within a 45 mile radius will be allowed to check in, no one other than guests in guest rooms and breakfast cannot be taken to rooms, that was amongst other signages. I get checked in....

"Always love staying at this place. The staff is very accommodating and wonderful. We stayed in one of the luxury suites this time up towards the top that had amazing views! Love the layout and everything about it. The only thing we didn’t like on this particular trip was this particular bed was very firm. Made for some kind of sleepless nights. Other than that, the experience is always great and we will keep coming back."

"Very pleasant family experience. Everything was nice and updated and comfortable and clean. Note that rather than a shuttle to the airport they do concierge Lyft service that the hotel pays for. No on plants with that either - 2 minute wait for the Lyft and was easy peasy. The advantage of the concessions at the front desk - good local beers and snacks and such for purchase. Would stay again."

"The room was clean, and the beds were fair. Could have used an additional blanket and better pillows. When we first walked in, the room was freezing! The air conditioning was super loud, and regardless of what we did, it would not quiet down.
The bathroom was okay. No conditioner in the shower - empty. The quality of soap, shampoo, etc., was cheap. Consider using a better brand, and be sure all canisters are full after each visitor.
The constant drip in the tube faucet was irritating. ...

"Pool that's open 24 hours could be cleaner. Nasty things like paper,garbage etc. floating around in the pool and next to it. Had no one come and ask me if I wanted anything to drink. Waiters/ waitresses only attend half of the side of the pool. Had to flag down someone and the drink ( Pina colada) did not taste good at all. "

"Airport shuttle got a flat and we were on our own to get to the airport. Found out 10 minutes before we were set to go to the airport. I would think the hotel should reimburse us for the Uber fare. Although stressful, the Uber driver got us to the airport in time for us to check our luggage. Thanks Uber."

"I would strongly recommend this hotel . Great location and the suites are very nice. Staying in the main floor is not a good idea. Can’t really see outside and the 3 rooms we tried all had saggy mattresses. When we were moved up to the 3rd floor it was grand!!lots of light overlooking the pool and most importantly, we had a very good mattress.
