"Checked in somewhat late and first think noticed the room was quite warm but just figured the A/C needed to be turned down. After doing that it never did blow out cold air and consequently the room never cooled down , couldn’t sleep much because the room was at least 80 . Told the front desk and the response was OK..Hamptons are usually pretty good but it all comes down to management and staff that cares . I would say this place need some attention in both departments"

"The rooms here feel like your not in a hotel but am apartment or home like feel.I appreciated the front room/kitchen area.
Morning breakfast was filling,hot and prepared with a personal touch. Someone always there to help.Ran out of coffee one day but the coffee did have a great flavor for both of my day stays.
Pool was warm and deep enough to get a good workout in. Towels were supplied and were ample.
The only surprise I had was a very large bug in the living room,which I took care of but I...

The toilet did not flush
There was not any soap in the bathroom
There was no shuttle, I am handicapped and could not get myself back to the taxi stand.
I called for help both airport and hotel. and it took one hour for a taxi. And it was a man from the airport staff that finally helped me."

"I don’t recommend using this hotel. The facility is bad and super dirty. The elevator that was close to the room was not working. Customer service was good but I got a nonsmoking room the smell of cigarettes was so bad throughout all of the facility. There is also a lot of people smoking weed out side the rooms. My family was not happy to stay there, we have problems with breathing near smokers."

"Overall the property is just ok.The first room we were given was on the 5th floor which smelled musty and moldy. Our second room had the loudest AC unit I’ve ever heard. The shower could use a deep cleaning and fresh caulking. One of the managers at check in had the rudest energy. Overall, the hotel was just ok. Not worth the price."
