Room smelled like smoke, the bed was very hard, and the building was noisy between 10pm-12am. They also made me clean up my trash and do dishes and turn off AC and a bunch of other check out requirements. Not to mentioned I received about 20 emails from the manager to remind me of all the check out items... including one at 12am. Its a bit ridiculous, especially for a one night stay. The gym was nice with new equipment. There was no cable to watch sports or news. But thankfully in the room, the netflix was signed in. The did have decent plates and silverware and cooking utensils. A little mold forming in the shower though and calcium baked onto the shower head that I had to clean off in order to have any sort of water pressure.

The room was cozy and very clean, which I appreciated, but the noise was unbearable. Loud music and partying continued all night in the next room, and motorcycles kept passing by outside.

The apartment was just as pictured. It worked out great for the week. I was staying there. I felt really safe and the covered parking was a bonus.

It was a really nice property in a good area with a beautiful view. The pool and grilling areas were nice and clean. My only complaint is that it was a little dirty when we got there the carpet and couches had pet hair on them as well as the floor and the bedrooms. Other besides that the beds and bathrooms were clean all of the beds were comfortable. I would and definitely will be staying here again on my next trip.

Great location for Tempe Center for the Arts, ASU, and Tempe Town Lake. Secured parking garage was an added plus. The apartment was very spacious, had all the necessities, and was very clean. WiFi was fast so I was able to work from the apartment with ease. I would definitely stay here again if another conference brings me to Tempe.

Customer service is very helpful and communicates quickly to helpnwith all your needs. It is a very nice clean apartment. Only thing is they do early morning maintenance on the yard/pool area about 6am so if your bedroom is by yhe window it will wake you up but that is the price your pay for a very clean maintained yard. All in all it was a very good and comfortable stay.

This was a wonderful apartment, perfect for longer stays and those who enjoy cooking and feeling more at home while on vacation. It was all in great condition, filled with many basic amenities (pans, pots, salt, pepper, basic kitchen tools) The pool is awesome and the apartment building is very nice. It was amazing having a washer and dryer and they even supplied detergent pods which was lovely! I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to any one who wants bigger place for their stay!

If you like comfort, this place is NOT for you.

The condo had such potential to be a perfect vacation. However, there was no mention that it was in the middle of the flight route, so airplanes and their noise were always there. Also, there is a freeway you can hear. If you like quite this is not the place for you. If you like comfortable furniture, this is not the place for you. The couch, chair, and bed all look nice in the photos, but are hard and uncomfortable. If you are over five feet five, the sofa will be too small for you. The hallways to the unit were badly stained and had an off-putting odor. The common lounge, pool area and gym areas were very nice, as the units kitchen, closet, and bathroom. We ran out of TP and were told housekeeping would bring us some. That didn't happen. Communication is done by text and typically starts with "Sorry for the delay". All questions were answered except the question about the TV. The location is near shopping and the university.

Wanted to love it

Communication from the host on checkin info was awesome! Apartment was well appointed. The floors needed to be cleaned and the apartment dusted, but was otherwise clean. The complex itself was in need of a thorough cleaning, the hallway carpets and elevator floors were very dirty. The bed was beyond firm as was the couch.
