Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG
Front desk staff was nice and the location was convenient, but the hotel could do some updating. No one ever responded to our hotel communication text messages or answered the phone. The artificial smell that they piped into the main areas was pretty strong.

Staff didn’t even acknowledge us when we entered the hotel. Before that the shuttle took over 30 minutes to arrive when we could see he was just sitting at the hotel that’s 5 minutes from the airport. The carpet and chairs in our room were dirty.
