"Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with our room. We arrived in the evening and after being checked in we went to our room. When we unlocked the door, we had trouble getting it open. With some shoulder power, it pushed open to reveal the problem. Obviously the door to this room had been kicked in at some point in time. The door jam was all broken and cracked. There were blood stains on the sheets and bed cover. A dirty wet rag on the microwave. A shampoo bottle cap in the tub and blood on the bathroom door. We never touched a thing, turned around, and went back to the front desk. The front desk gentleman did not hesitate in giving us an immediate refund on our stay. Unfortunately, because of the short notice on a one week stay, our vacation cost us a couple thousand more than expected to find another room during spring training. "

"The place is trash in the middle a trash area. The staff is friendly enough and did their jobs, but apparently their job doesn't include doing something about the obnoxious pieces of filth having around the property without renting a room. If they weren't folded up where they were on fentanyl they were telling at passer bys. Seriously call the cops they are trespassing."

"Beg bugs upon arrival. Checked in super late like at 11:00pm and once I opened the door was able to see all the bed bugs walking on the beds. Cancelled reservation asap "
