Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. It was dreamy to hang out by the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the airport shuttle. I'd stay here again!

The staff at the bar were great, however the hotel itself needs a lot of work! I was expecting an updated nice hotel for the amount I paid! I would not stay here again, there are other hotels that are nicer and updated.
