"Everything was great! Unfortunately, the Commoner restaurant that we had planned on having breakfast at was shut down due to a drainage problem. They more than made it right for the unfortunate circumstances. They offered suggestions, but since we are familiar with the area, we decided to head out to the strip and eat at one of our favorites, which is Pamela‘s. Staff is always courteous and willing to please. We will stay there in the future again."

"I had the river view which was great! Very clean room with comfortable beds. I did try calling the front desk several times on the way in and from my room without getting an answer. My guess is there was an unknown issue with the phones at the time, because I mentioned it to one staff member who was surprised to hear it. "
