"Overall, the room was clean and practical. On day one we discovered the toilet seat was broken off one hinge posing a safety hazard. Also noticed coffee maker was not a Keurig nor was it a drip type as shown on their website so the website needs to update their current coffee maker. The kitchenette did not have any dish soap or soap for the dishwasher for each small issue I notified Katherine at the front desk and she got on it and took care of it immediately. At check-in, we were checked in by Katherine who was an absolute doll, sweet as pie and super friendly. Overall, staff at check-in were nice, as well as helpful. As for the staff working the kitchen area and room service my impression was they were just not happy doing what they do and it showed. We arrived and checked in on a Wednesday afternoon went out south sightseeing Thursday before a concert. That evening, we realizedrealize the room was not visited by housekeeping. Good thing we make our own beds and tidy up but we had to ask for extra towels and extra toilet paper on day two. On day three we were out of tissue paper. Breakfast food was very good with at least three different proteins in addition to scrambled eggs and carbohydrates, but for an upscale hotel to serve breakfast on paper plates, plastic forks, and the small plastic cups, the type used by dentist in the Splatoon on our last day, which was Saturday was a big turn off. Our first two days we had glass plates, glass, cups, and silverware. That’s cheap!"

"Appears to be an older hotel but very clean. Nice bar/restaurant area and walking distance to many places. We were there for a concert so we wanted to be close to PPG. Literally right across the street! Onecomplaint was blow dryer was broken and the replacement only blew cold air! When you have a lot of hair, cold air isn’t very fast drying! Main confusion was parking. The valet is a separate company but right there at the hotel. There is a parking garage you can self park. There was a lot of confusion amongst guests wishing it had been clearer on the website. I recommend not getting there at check in time. The line to get in parking lot was long bc of valet and cars wrapped around the main road which made for unhappy traffic. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Our hallway smelled a bit, but the room didn't. Beds were comfy and we had a great view of PPG arena. Staff was very helpful and receptive when we had an issue arise! Location was great too with lots of places being walking distance."
