They surprised us with a birthday room decoration when we came back for the day during my mother-in-law's birthday. If I come back to Bangkok will definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing service! From the shuttle ride from crazy Bangkok to the hotel lobby, the service was outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport. If you follow the hotels emailed procedures to hop the free shuttle, you will be forever grateful. The airport is insane but the shuttle desk located at door 4 was a sight for sore eyes. The van is right there and the staff will not let you lift a finger. "
