"The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas.
