Firstly the staff are excellent but the hotel is in desperate need of some renovation to the villas
This is my fourth time staying at this hotel in one of their villas unfortunately this villa was not in great condition the villa had half finished repairs to the paint on the walls broken window in the bathroom old leak stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom door handles fitted to the wrong door so you can’t open the door if shut it from the outside on the decking area the tv picture isn’t clear and it must not be a smart tv as you don’t have access to Netflix like the other villas have the bedroom needs curtains for the joining doors to the sitting area for better privacy although the pool is cleared of any debris every morning the pool itself has algae on the steps and on most of the floor area furniture it would be great if the hotel had bicycles that you could use or rent for your stays otherwise you reliant upon getting taxis everywhere
