Location was great. The price was great I came before the tourist season 300 baht it went up to 420. It was very clean. The only issues I had was that a drying rack broke. I applied very little pressure to it while drying my hands on a towel. I talked to them they offered me a new room I told them I was ok just wanted to avoid issues with poor construction (drying rack had three holes to screw in they used 2). They said they would fix Monday I left 2 days after still not done. I own a business so I understand communication issues. I have never been to a hotel without a front desk so I was a bit worried. The set up was smart they reduced overhead by using qrcodes... Great move. Overall o would rate them high
