Cleaning services every day fresh clean rooms, friendly stuff, scooter rent was 100% sure with passport. Bad thing only you can swim in hotel pool from 7am till 7pm.

The bathroom was too small. Shower was not separate from the toilet...towel rack was loose and small. A lot of standard amenities nit available. It was not the standard of a 4 star hotel. Standard of cleanliness was poor. Staff were not attentive, prompt and quite unresponsive. The room was not part of the main hotel building so had to cross the main road each time for reception or breakfast. Room was far too high on the cliff. Hotel had no shops or restaurants near by and had very limited shuttle service to the beach/market area. They were very stingy with the complimentary items.

Good, views were great ,service and our stay was good .great breakfast. very difficult to get to room with out the help of staff providing a vehicle, very steep climb. traffic crazy .

While the pictures on the website were at the resort they were from very specific locations and raised expectations of overall impressions. This led to disappointment about the actual location of the ‘villa’ accommodation and the condition of the rooms. We had a lot of water come into the room during heavy rain - they provided a towel to deal with it. : (

The hotel has an amazing view. But the service was not good starting at check in to trying to get any services like room service. The restaurant was horrible the one night we went for dinner it took over an hour to get served after we ordered and when we got the food it wasn't cooked and we could see the food had been sitting under heat lamps for a long time.

We got a room across the highway not sure why they call it sea view. Shuttle service to patong once a day. No consideration on early checkin.

Quiet Hotel

Hotel in a nice setting and around a 5 minute taxi (300B) from both papong and Karon beach/nightlife. Wouldn’t recommend walking as steep banks with no paths etc. All in All pleasing Hotel for what we paid.

Beautiful Secluded Hotel in a fantastic tranquil place ,Really enjoyed will go back there but will stay below the crossing of the road over looking the sea . Great Service Kind and considerate Staff. highly Recommend.

Lovely hotel in a amazing setting

This hotel ticked the boxes for ambiance and settings. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the location along with the hotel itself. The hotel is split into two sections and we were however across a busy road but they do supply a buggy if you wish to be collected and not try to take on the highway crossing. The grounds were spectacular along with the views and the pools were wonderful as well. A few km's out of the heart of Karon and Patong but the free shuttle makes that a easy trip with a tuk tuk costing only a few dollars if you wish to venture during the non shuttle time. Would go back again in a heartbeat

Rude staff.

Rude staff. No apology or refund for hotel shuttle not collecting us. Refused to honor the 10% food discount. Had to cross busy highway to get to room and restaurant. Had to wait long time and call twice for golf cart service up the cliff. 40 min wait to get served at restaurant. Reception staff rude and brush off if you need a taxi booked. Checking out allowed Chinese men to push in and literally step on me while I was in the middle of checking out, I had to then wait 25min until they finished checking them out. Restaurant advertised Thai food, but was Chinese to cater for their Chinese guests only. Restaurant prices more expensive than patong 5star hotels and restaurants. Nothing in walking distance, Very expensive and annoying to negotiate taxi or tuk tuck multiple times a day. Resort only does one shuttle per day to beach.

Great Staff Except One

We had a nice stay in a room with a lovely view. Breakfasts were fantastic as was the view. All staff except one , I think her name was Pat, was pleasant and very accommodating. Pat made our lives miserable in every interaction. We avoided her as much as possible. Ga and her pregnant colleague were beyond wonderful.

Avons bcp aime l’hotel Mais il faut prendre les chambres Ocean view Car l’hotel Est en 2 parties et une partie est magnifique !! L’autre de l’autre Cote de la route est bcp moins bien!! Beau jardin ,on est sur les hauteurs ,la vue est magnifique surtout de la piscine et du restaurant proximité de Patong et Karon en tuk tuk ou navette Personnel très réactif

정말 뷰만 좋다고 하는말이 맞는거 같아요. 그것도 숙소가 바다쪽가까이면 모르겠는데... 차길건너에 있다면 거의뷰는 잘 안보입니다. 조식때만 좋았어요! 수영장은 작고 여기저기 타일이 깨진데가 많아서 조심해야할것 같더라고요. 역시나 수영장도 뷰는 좋았어요. 숙소가 길건너라서 왔다갔다하기가 불편하고 시내가는 리조트 셔틀이 하루에 한번씩만 운행하니 맞춰서 타기는 힘들구요 왔다갔다 툭툭비만 많이 나갔네요... 체크아웃하는데 제대로 체크도 안해죠서 돈내라고... ㅠ 거기있는것은 아무것도 안먹었는데요.. 팁을 안나둬서 그런건지.. 좀 불친절하더라고요. 암튼 추천해드리고 싶지는 않습니다.

Schöner Ausblick aber leider herunter gekommen.

Die Bungalows sind schon ein bisschen abgenutzt. Auch ist der Pool viel kleiner als auf den Bildern. Wir fanden es nicht schön. Und würden nie wieder kommen.
