Beautiful modern and clean house with private swimming pool. The villa is over 1 hour away from airport. It’s in a residential area, about 40 minutes away from the Patong beach where most of the nice restaurants and shopping is located. You will definitely need your own transportation to come and go. Electricity was not included (which I was aware) however we only used air conditioning at night and still paid about $60 US for 5 days (rip off). The beds are hard. Some showers are located outside so if you are scared of bugs this won’t help your fear. Communication was very good except the day we were checking out, the person came one hour late and we had to rush to airport. Leave 3-4 hours to get to airport.
