"The location of this hotel is very good for exploring Venice. There is a water-bus stop only about 5 minutes from the hotel, so getting into and out of Venice itself was very easy. It is a brand new building and as such, parking is tricky as there is no signage of where to park (it is underground) and there is no signage for the elevators, so it is trial and error finding the right doors! "Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"This is a very nice older family run property in a very convenient central location on the edge of the Jewish Ghetto and near the university. The room was clean with a compfortable bed. The bathroom was completely adequate but small. The breakfasy buffet was ample. A good value, well located choice."

"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

"Only stayed fo the evening. Staff when are arrived was so sweet and very kind. She helped us figure out the bus system to Venice. We left very early next morning so only spent and evening an the morning staff (gentleman) was also very very helpful and kind. The building was a bit disappointing for a BW. It really needed an update. Carpets didn’t feel clean. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Extr pillows in the cupboard were not clean. The outlet by the bed didn’t work appeared...

"Beautiful hotel, good quality, polite stuff, Trenitalia Gaggio Porta Est is 10 minutes walk away and drop you into Venecia for 3 Euros in 20 minutes. Breakfast is good too, variety of choices. Deffinety would recomend this hotel."

"This is a great hotel to spend your first/last night in Italy. The shuttle service was easy to set up, the driver was prompt and easy to find at the Marco Polo airport. The hotel is quiet, away from crowded, busy places and the perfect spot to rest and relax after a long flight. It is only a 15 min drive from the airport, so very easy to access airport services and water taxis to Venice. "Nos hospedamos con nuestro bebé de 9 meses durante 3 noches, está ubicado en una buena zona, tranquila y segura, para llegar es muy fácil. También cuándo llegamos el personal fue super amable y nos ofrecieron una cuna para nuestro bebé. La habitación de muy buen tamaño, limpia y el baño impecable. Lo único es que habían un poco de mosquitos en la habitación. De resto una estancia muy buena, sin duda regresaremos."
