"Everything was amazing the food was great but the cost for the meal plans is just to high next time instead of eating there we are just going to go to one of the many restaurants down the street and go to the I hop down the street for breakfast it is cheaper my family paid a total of almost 160 dollars for breakfast alone just for two days . "First of all, after a 5 hour drive with two toddlers in bad weather, the room we got was NOT what we booked. I booked a suite with a pullout sofa bed. There were two double beds. I had to make a bed for my grandsons on the floor. I was told there were none of those rooms available (even though that’s what I paid for). "Dusty walls; many, many marks and stains on floor, walls, and woodwork. Parking in front of rooms full of cigarette butts and small trash. Price was cheap but definitely not worth the bargain. Needs extensive deep cleaning and repainting."

"Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for...

"The hotel was okay. However, the property is a little dated. Also, I didn’t have a sitting chair in the room. Finally, and I have never experienced this before; but there were no cups in the room!"

"The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. "Desk personnel were very nice. First room smelled overwhelming of disinfectant followed by a cat pee smell all night. Second room smelled of disinfectant unpleasantly strong. Rooms were old and not well maintained-faucet was moving in one room and shelving was crooked. Hangers were rusty. Breakfast was a bagel. Juice dispenser was broken, decaf coffee dispenser was broken, no protein choices. For over $200 per night I expected more."

"This is a no frills, basic hotel room. Expedia has it listed as pet friendly, but it is not. Went up to the first room assigned to me and it was still occupied. Was given a second room and that one was not clean. Third room was acceptable. Inexpensive rates made this stay adequate. As a solo traveler who was only in the room to sleep, it met my basic need of a room."

"I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back."

"Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....
