"Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea.
Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good.
Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...

"Great location! Bedroom is up second floor via ladder type steps. Needs railing. Bathroom is on bottom floor. Needs rough tape on shower floor to avoid slipping. Nice terrace on both floors.
Tight steps up to rental. But easier with carry on luggage. Take train to other 4 cities and take ferry back to Rio. Beautiful! Would rent this place again."

"The room was very spacious, updated and clean. Located in a very convenient location - walk to La Spezia station is less than 5 minutes. Our towel warmer wasn't working for us but other than that, no complaints. Would stay here again for sure."

"We absolutely loved our stay in La Spezia! It was centrally located, easy to walk into town and catch the train to the surrounding area and towns of Le Cinque Terre. Daniela was an amazing host and had lots of great suggestions for sites to see on our trip! She helped us find a restaurant nearby on our first night in, and called us a taxi at checkout. Our room was very clean and comfortable, we had a beautiful view, it was perfect for our family. We’ll certainly be back!! Grazie mille Daniela! "
