"Couldn’t be happier with hotel and staff. Every request was granted with a smile. Late arrival due to travel delay was impressive, we were met at the entrance at midnight. Given tour of hotel, help with luggage and workings of room explained….at midnight! No signage at street but that is typical for Italy. "
