"Everything was perfect! The check-in was kind of fun because quite different than usual but very easy and quick. Room very elegant, large and very clean. Free coffee and tea, plus one small bottle of water to make you comfortable at the arrival. Ernesto is very welcoming and helpful, always ready (if not physically, on WhatsApp) for any information you need. The host Aida was such a nice and welcoming person she saw that our rooms were too small for the four of us and we were lucky that she upgraded us to a bigger room without any additional fee. "Excelente atención del personal, la ubicación es de las mejores recomiendo la zona debido a que se tiene el metro a unos pasos y está a pocas estaciones de la estación de trenes. El desayuno era bueno pero hacían falta opciones para veganos. Nos ayudaron con nuestro taxi para ir a la estación de trenes y nos ofrecieron un box lunch para nuestro regreso. La habitación triple es muy amplia, con todo lo necesario."
