"One of the best places I’ve stayed in. Don’t let the outside of the building deter you. Once you walk into the hotel’s floor, you forget all about the outside. The staff is so kind. Shout out to Rosy!! I loved this place so much I extended my stay. Did not want to leave Napoli. It’s a less than 10 minute walk to the port to catch a ferry out to the nearby islands or for a cruise.

"The location of the property is excellent given its proximity to the Port and transport hubs. We had a stunning view of the Port and Castle from our room. The staff were very friendly but professional at the same time and we felt vey well looked after - nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was varied and always delivered on time. "This is one of the best hotels in terms of location and service. Really close to the port, the metro and the spanish quarters.
We were also extremely satisfied with the services and the rooms. The rooms are newly renonvated and have a very cozy vibe because of then flooring and ceiling. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

"We were so haply happy staying here. We got this hltel at the very last minute as our previous hotel was cancelled causs we have a sudden change of flight. The host Aida was such a nice and welcoming person she saw that our rooms were too small for the four of us and we were lucky that she upgraded us to a bigger room without any additional fee. The room itself was probably one of our best while staying in Italy. The location was also really great and right at the center of naples. Thank you so...
