"Tolles Hotel in bester Lage! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Nette Hotelbar mit moderaten Preisen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Leider sehr (!) hellhörig. Housekeeping-Team startet ab 7:00 Uhr, dann ist auch die Nacht aller Gäste zuende. Auf der Webseite wird ein Pool erwähnt, den es leider nicht gibt. Sauna ist nur für 2 Personen vorgesehen und muss im Vorfeld gebucht werden."

"Booked an overnight stay for myself and an elderly relative with mobility and vision impairments and had to navigate a gigantic heavy door on the street into an apartment entrance with a flight of stairs to a lift. None of this is mentioned in the description and we had heavy cases as well so had to leave them unattended in the lobby. The lighting in the rooms is abysmal, I was faced with showering in near darkness. The bigger problem is the corridors to/from the rooms which are in blackout...

"Fantastic location/airport shuttle super easy to navigate/staff were incredibly helpful and professional but friendly too! Right in the centre of everything! Shops/restaurants/bars/attractions We actually stayed in a suite opposite the main hotel- every convenience was there/washing machine/dishwasher/crockery/microwave / excellent storage and a gorgeous room!
