"The front desk staff are very helpful and personable. We early in the morning and was about to check in our luggage but was offered a room that was available! Made exploring the area much easier! The location was so convenient & central to all the places we had planned to visit on our stay! The only issue I had was parking. The parking area is limited and certain stalls were quite tight. Still a good stay!"

"No elevator! And no offer to help carry our bags upstairs. It was brutally hot and my elderly husband uses a handicapped placard - he cannot lift things and cannot walk comfortably. Thankfully the AC in the room worked. No housekeeping after the first night - we assumed there would be fresh towels and our beds would be made - but that didn't happen. If a place isn't providing housekeeping they usually post a sign so guests are aware."
