"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

Hotel is in a great location with a lot of restaurant variety and only about a 5-10 minute walk from Pike Market. Hotel also offers a shuttle to the nearby cruise ship port. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to experience Seattle."

The main reason is that the entire staff—and I mean everyone, from the front desk to the housekeepers and security—is always smiling, cheerful, and incredibly kind, and they seem genuinely to enjoy their work. "The breakfast was superb. The hotel building is very old and I appreciated that the old character and charm were enhanced particularly in the lobby area. The bathroom was nicely renovated in an old and elegant fashion. Our main problem was the sofa bed. Very uncomfortable and old piece of furniture that it was difficult to sleep on. "Overall very happy with our one-night stay. We booked because our cruise to Alaska was leaving the next day and the staff was very helpful. They let us store the luggage for couple of hours after check-out and the cruise port was just $12 away by Uber. Recommend for sure! Clean and great location just walk-distance from Space Needle."

This was a 6 minute walk to Pile Place Market, the waterfront and the ferry to Bainbridge island, and short drive to the Space Needle. Customer service was great my room ready when I arrived around 11 am, I thought I was just going to leave my bags and get my day started until check in.
