"Our stay at Staypineapple was awesome!! It was clean and upgraded. But the best part was individual fluffy comforters!! I will forever look to stay at Staypineapple properties! The staff was very helpful and kind. We parked a car in the garage and it felt very safe. The Queen Anne area was clean and safe to walk to dinner but still very convenient to downtown. "Very nice hotel, with all the amenities needed for a relax stay. We loved the place. But, the extra services we expected weren't there. I prepaid the room with expedia and I left a credit card for other expenses and they called me at the room everytime we requested room service to verify if we made the order. I also requested an extra hour for checkout, since our plane was leaving at 3PM and we were charged an additional $100.00 for it. "

"This is small, cute hotel in a convenient neighborhood location. It is not staffed at night. They communicated well regarding after-hours access. My ONLY complaint is the use of silly, 5-button wall timers for EVERY light switch. I walked into a dark room and could not figure out the three wall devices next to the door. (5-button timer for the overhead light, a thermostat that should be located elsewhere, and some other wall timer. The lights in the room went off as I was taking a shower...
