It's a great location to take day trips and to see the countryside. Not too far from shopping and other restaurants. This was an overall favorite of our trip to Italy. "

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Viesca. The setting is beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Concetta welcomed us and kindly showed us around, talked us through the facilities... The pool is lovely, and it was great to be able to play tennis as well. We did not try any of the spa treatments, but there was a really good selection available. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The only negative thing we have to say about it/Viesca is that...

"Collelungo is a beautiful hidden gem. The apartments have all you need, the gardens are gorgeous as the surrounding area. Make sure to bring some food as you’ll need to drive to find the restaurants and shops (15 mins drive). As a suggestion, the hotel could offer coffee and tea in the apartments. "

"Truly remarkable experience in an 800 year old castle. The grounds are beautiful and include olive trees on the farm. Great views. Quaint experience with the owners who run the castle as a bed and breakfast. Our suite easily accommodated our family of five. We are grateful for the intimate breakfast the following morning. Can’t recommend this place enough as it has given us great memories"
