"We had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and clean and we appreciated the view of the river. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. We can't wait to come back!"

"They said the outside and indoor pool were both heated, only the indoor pool was heated. The outdoor one was super cold. The “hot tubs” are tiny pools attached to the actual pool, barely big enough to fit 3 people. We had leftover towels from another guest in our bathroom. There wasn’t any bacon at breakfast, they don’t get discounted dollywood tickets like we were told. The AC in the room sounded awful and made sketchy sounds. Other than that, it was a pretty decent hotel."

The location is excellent, and the service is outstanding, with attentive staff who make you feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was exceptional in both quality and variety, making each morning a pleasure. The hotel’s amenities are equally impressive. The outdoor pool, complete with a waterfall and charming bridges, is beautiful, while the indoor pool is perfectly heated and comfortable. The presence of Santa Claus is a particularly delightful touch for families traveling with children, adding even more magic to the experience. Every detail contributes to an unforgettable stay. This is much more than just a hotel; it is an experience in itself. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone who appreciates a festive atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. I would gladly return!"

"I am very nit picky when it comes to the property. This hotel was very well taken care of. There was someone going around touching up paint before we checked in. It was very clean, smelled clean, and nothing was out of place in the common areas. The pools were well maintained, parking was easy and free, and beds were comfortable. The only thing I would have wanted better was the curtains didn’t do much to keep the bright “island” lights out of the room. But other than that, it was fantastic. The breakfast was better than most free breakfasts I have had and had a big variety."
