Very nice hotel, plenty of choices for breakfast. Best coffee 24/7 we ever had in the hotel. Walking distance to attraction.

The experience was very good, the hotel is very good, it is centrally located in Pigeon Forge. I don't give it 5 stars because the breakfast is not the best and unfortunately I had to live the experience that there were pillowcases that did not change them they had other people's hairs and smelled very strange along with the toilet paper they did not put a new one and there was a used one, from there very clean outside the place and everything super ...

Liked: Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Check in was easy. Did not like: When we arrived, there was no coffee supplies or bags for the ice bucket and no cups. There was a little mildew on the grout in the shower. The bed kept making a popping noise everytime we turned over. The next morning, had to take very cool showers because the water never got warm. When we left for the day, I asked the front desk if the cleaned the rooms daily and she said yes as long as you don't have the Do Not Disturb sign out. I asked her to ask the cleaning service to make sure they restocked everything like coffee supplies, cups, towels, etc. When we returned to the room that evening, the only thing they did was give us clean towels in the bathroom. However, they just put a big stack on top of the shelf. No folding or putting them in the shelves or hanging them. Did not put clean towels by the sink. Just left the dirty ones. They did not restock coffee supplies or cups or bags for the ice bucket. They did not even make the beds. Didn't expect to change sheets but thought they would at least make the beds. Also did not empty any of the trash cans.

Overall a nice stay. The people in our adjoining room next to us were extremely noisy with a screaming toddler which ruined the stay. Nobody at desk to complain to/request a different room. Location was perfect. I would not rebook however due to the noise.

Great hotel except for the parking. Big vehicles would have a hard time maneuvering since the lot is under the hotel.

The property did not have bedspreads as shown in pictures. The vanity with the sink had a broken leg in back of vanity causing vanity to lean and fall in back from lack of support. The property was said to have a pool but does not. The staff in the evening was rude. The staff sends you to walk to Dollar general if you need anything. They do not have any vending machines. The breakfast was ok.

The front counter staff werr amazing took care of our reservation quickly on our late check-in. The beds and pillow are amazing. The room was had some paint issues... but nothing that left us uneasy. Breakfast hit the spot. The layout of the breakfast counter could be better, but nothing was a miss. Yes, I would stay here again.

All was good except for parking. Lot fills up quick and some of the spots you cant get in due to the support poles for the place. Room did have ants but they never bothered us and stayed confined to the window. Staff was friendly. Gave 5 stars because for the price it was great. We usually stay in a cabin when we come and the cost for 4 nights at this hotel was about what we paid for a day to stay at a cabin.

We reserved a room with 2 queens but they had none so we had to pay upgraded price for one king and the hotel said “not their fault; it’s Expedias fault.” Do you reimburse for the difference?
