We recently stayed here and had a great experience. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious and very clean. The pool and lazy river were great. Would definitely stay again.

The river view is beautiful and we loved the "white noise" it provided. However, the laundry is unable to be accessed due to awful placement behind a door that wont open wide enough to access the bottons or knobs and you can barely get your clothes in. Plus, they were both so loud when we washed our clothes that we had to leave our room. Even in the bedroom with the door closed, it was too much. Also, I have stayed in many timeshare/resort properties, and there is always a little welcome basket with one or two coffee packs for the machine in the room, but there was nothing there. We dont have a compatible machine at home, so it was pointless buying something just to use once or twice. Other than that, the grounds are beautiful, bed was comfortable, kitchen had nice amenities, and the view, minus the parking lot across the street, was beautiful.

Beautiful and spacious rooms on the river with plenty of entertainment for all ages. My family really enjoyed the indoor pool and heated lazy river. The gym was also well-equipped. The location is convenient to activities on the parkway as well as Dollywood. Friendly and accommodating staff. We will definitely stay at this property again.

The property was nice the room was wonderful. The pool and jacuzzi was a lil dirty there was stuff floating in it so i didnt feel comfortable getting in them. I realize there are children that are there and the trash probably came from them. I was just hoping there would of been a net or something i could of fished it out with. Other than that our experience was great my husband is already talking about going back

Excellent property. Huge room at a very reasonable price. Really close to local attractions. Only issue we had was on day 2 when we woke up with no hot water. Because we had to leave we were forced to take cold showers. Yes, they came to fix it but 10 minutes before we had to leave. When we told the front desk staff what happened they seemed to not care and were bothered we brought it up. They don’t offer an apology or any offer to make it right.

Good value as room rate included full condo with fully stocked kitchen had we wanted to prepare food there. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. LOVED the heated outdoor lazy river/pool. Limited but available garage parking. Close to everything. Will stay again and recommend to others. Dislikes: 1. Noted many of the lighting on steps were damaged. Seems like repair needed or install other lighting for safety. 2. Given 1 key card for access, which was inconvenient. Had to juggle if one person wanted to go to pool or go get coffee at the office. Denied 2nd card when asked. 3. Coffee makers in room but need to bring your own coffee and filters, but kurig pods compatible. This really was not problem. as there was good quality coffee & tea always available in lobby. Think this should be publicized so guests could bring if they wanted. 4. Staff was neutral. Did not engage. Somewhat dismissive. Dana conte stayed in rm #317 5/6-5/9/24

We really enjoyed the resort! The room was beautiful, and there was plenty of parking. The pool and fitness center were also very nice. The only real disappointment was the lack of in room coffee. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee was provided. We had to walk down the street to the lobby for coffee in the morning and didn’t stay long enough to make it worth buying coffee for the room. It’s an odd thing for a room in that price point. There was some wear and tear in the kitchen and sliding glass doors. The room definitely needed some repair. We really enjoyed the river view, the bed, and in room laundry. We weren’t able to get spa appointments with a week’s notice, so call early if you’d like those services. Overall, it was a positive experience.

We had an amazing time. The unit we stayed in was so nice, I almost wanted to ask if it was for sale lol. Great place for the family to go. Clean, quite, friendly staff, we received a free upgrade just because and were told they do returning customer discounts. We will definitely be back and stay at the Riverstone. Everything we planned on doing was less than 20 minutes away from here. Love, love, love this place! Thank you again for a great stay!

I loved how roomy and clean it was. My only disappointment was being told I would be charged $250 for smoking anywhere on the premises including the balcony and car. I did observe several people smoking all over the premises so I did feel some type of way about that. Overall it was a 9/10

The ladies that checked us in were amazing. It was fairly busy yet they were professional and courteous. During our stay the maintenance staff was helpful in guiding us to the areas we were looking for. The lazy river was serene, the hot tub was nice and warm. Check out was seamless.

After staying in the Smokey Mountains for many years, both cabins and hotels, we ran across this one. This is the best stay we have ever had. Room was very clean and appointed beautifully. The grounds and amenities were amazing and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will be back! My only hesitation is I have let this hidden gem out, but it deserves it.

The property was very undated and beautifully decorated. The landscaping outside was very well done also. We have stayed in some so so places in Pigeon Forge but after staying at Riverstone Resort we wont stay anywhere else. The price is very reasonable too especially with all the amenities it has to offer.
