They charged an additional property fee that I had already paid when booking online. The room is very small, and although I was charged per person for a room that accommodates five, we only received two towels and two pillows. The guest in the room next door was yelling profanity, and we could hear everything. I requested a room change because of this, but they did not move us, nor did they provide the additional pillows we needed.

When I checked in the room had a huge patch of mold growing on the carpet. It was 6 PM and there was 52 rooms still dirty hadn’t been cleaned yet.

Upon arrival and parking there was trash all over the only area with open parking spots. After checking in and getting to our room there was a roach crawling up the wall which I killed. We placed all of luggage on bench in the center of room away from walls. The fridge has a yellowish substance in it, DIDN'T USE. My daughter saw another roach on wall behind lamp. After she and I calmed, I used restroom and discovered a stink bug on one of the bed pillows. The sliding door was not able to be closed all the way leaving maybe a quarter inch open. Discovered a few ghats in the window. The free breakfast was another horrible experience. If we had not just needed to sleep to continue road trip and the room was non refundable. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Great location Bad hotel old, dirty poor bad breakfast, no hot water in my room bathroom full of roaches both rooms i rented smelling bad a/c no working front desk girl said my boss knows we having issues other client said i want a refund i will not stay my child will be getting asthma with all this mole . No one was hardly at the desk. You had to call a number to get someone to come to desk. The room we stayed in had a hole in the wall. It’s a good place for night stay but I’ve been in better hotels.

Well I contacted expedia( got insurance $22.00 , I paid) they want to charge me to settle dispute??!?! Vista suites , well started off on nov10 - ask young girl what was for breakfast- said eggs! Then we came down “ no eggs” gust 4 stale biscuits??? We went to restaurant!!!! Also waffle makers were covered in grease/ not clean!’ Then talked to manager- said he would fix breakfast said would have eggs Nov 11 . Well young girl jump u warm some eggs , which couldn’t eat threw in trash, went to ihop— no complimentary breakfasts!! Lie! No room service all 4 days- nov10– nov14 !!! No room service all 4 days , had to ask to get towels??? Manager said he was going to give me a 20 percent discount- got home He has gave me no discount/ another lie — Bad experience!!! And me and wife were the only gusts at hotel- the only room Occupied?????

Well at frist we had to change 4 differences room on our check in frist room someone was in it 2nd room was the bathroom tub was not working 3rd room was cockrochscwas in it and the bath towels was dirty 4th room the mateness man had to go up an check our room out before we went in it. It was so bad that we did not enjoy ourselves at all we stady in the last room till our day was up hopefully maybe get some tapy of refund ya nope didn't get anything at all so please dont go to the vita suites in pigeon forge at all its bad

Booked online then told couldn’t hold reservation I would have to go ahead and pay. We were half way there at this point and we were told to stay home and be happy by owner. Got there around 9pm. Check-in was fine except the key they gave us did not work so we had to come back down which wouldn’t be bad if the elevator wasn’t so slow. The hallways within the hotel are dimly lit and I know why, they have a roach problem pictures down below for evidence. The pull out couch in our bedroom was where our young boy was supposed to sleep but when we un folded it there was a lot of pee stains and some brown stains could be soda but I wasn’t checking! The mirror in bathroom when foggy read wash me 2009, I gaged. There was something sticky on the sink and pee stains or dirty mop water stains I think at the bottom on the bathroom door. We pulled the sheets all the way back to check for bed bugs thankful there was none but there was a blood stain at the bottom part of the sheet that was tucked under. Flys and beetle bugs were in the room when we arrived, we killed them. We honestly made the room cleaner by sanitizing EVERYTHING!! We were not brave enough to try breakfast because if the rooms are that dirty I would want to see the kitchen. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

There are roaches in and out of our room. Curtains have stains, old hair dryer that takes us 30 mins to dry our hair. The fridge was not working. No daily housekeeping even big trash can in the room or near the elevator. Limited choices for breakfast and chair covers was unclean. Facilities like pool was not maintained and only 1 elevator was working. They automatically checked out our door key on our last night because they thought we were already checked out maybe because everybody left. It looks like they don’t have enough staff to maintain the hotel.

The first room we had was disgusting. There was animal hair all on the bed and stains all over the comforter and pillow cases. Black mold on the walls, cobwebs on the walls with bugs…etc. The second room we were moved too was cleaner but the mirror on the wall had hand writing all over it and the ceiling “paint” was falling off into the floor. Front desk staff was nice and the lobby/outside was nice.

The room was gross, carpet so dirty I didn’t wanna take my shoes off. You could smell the mold in the rooms. Fortunately it was a short trip or we wouldn’t have been able to stay. Also the rooms are missing a lot of lights, as well as the parking lot isn’t lit at all.

The hot tub and the pool did not look clean. They were both green. No room cleaning service at all. We stayed 3 nights and had to go get our own clean towels. No one ever came to get dirty ones. They refused to bring out enough food to feed everyone for breakfast. Would only bring out a couple of items at a time. Would not stay there again.

Having a balcony was nice. Otherwise, eh. I had to ask for soap as there was no hand soap in the room when we checked in. It wasn't disgusting, but it wasn't clean. I don't think it's cleaned very well as there was stuff in the nightstand that was not mine. Hot tub was barely warm at all (my friend's 3 year old swam in it fine). I didn't try their breakfast. Overall, it's a cheap hotel. I'm sure there are worse places to stay, but it definitely could have been better.
