"The hotel is in the centre of the old town. Was ideal for access to all the Christmas markets. As well as lots of shops and many places to eat and drink. "The hotel was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. Great coffee. The room was warm, comfortable, and soundproof. I had a view of the mountains and the night sky. The staff were warm and helpful. Special appreciation and shout out to Patrick. He helped me get orientated to Innsbruck, use the public transportation and arrange my train trip back. "The location is incredible . Everything is walkable . The room was very comfortable and quiet . The staff very welcoming .
