"I liked nearly everything about the Hu Hotel. The only thing that let it down was the water in my room. It was scalding hot, even from the cold tap, which made it impossible to have a shower. A wash in the sink once the water had cooled in the basin was my only option.
I reported this on day one but, despite apparently sending an engineer to look, it didn’t change.
The room itself was lovely (but avoid 605 unless you want a boiling hot shower), the staff were really personable and friendly and...
