"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"Overall, it was a good stay. Receptionist was friendly and informative. The room was clean but a little too warm for my liking. There was no AC as they transition to heaters during the winter. No big deal. Also, there was only one little trash can in the bathroom. A second one in the living area would’ve been helpful. Location is great. Easy walk across the bridge to the city center. "

"Great location and very clean little apartment. It had a full kitchen with everything you could need. My only suggestion would be to include more toilet paper and towels, especially if you have guest like us that were there for 6 days. Overall it was great and I would stay there again if I ever go back to Porto. "

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment as a couple and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Well positioned, lovely staff cared for the apartments and also the staff at the 7g Roaster cafe where breakfast was served each morning, bring plentiful and tasty. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, had everything that was required for our stay, contemporary and modern. So glad that a friend recommended this property for our stay and I’d always stay here again when returning, thank you xx"

"Los apartamentos están súper bien ubicados, cerca de todas las atracciones y con un supermercado a la par. Las muchachas de recepción muy amables. Mi apartamento estuvo listo antes de la hora y me dejaron entrar . El apartamento donde me quedé muy bien equipado y tanto el baño como la cocina tienen un tamaño cómodo. "The worst! Picked this place because it had a pool but the pool was only open from 10am to 7pm. The times you want to be out doing things. The worst sleep ever. Literally would me more comfortable sleeping on the ground. Pillows were nothing. Bed was ROCK HARD. None of us sleep well, even the kids who can sleep anywhere. "
