"Overall the property was clean and the staff was nice. However, there was 2 situations when the elevator broke down. The power went out in the hotel and I had to use stairs. Also, during my stay—housekeeping did not clean my room for my 5 day stay which is disappointing"

"We arrived last night at around 8 seemed ok then this morning we woke up to our room with 1 in of water on the floor, mind you we were on the 3rd floor. Front desk told us to call customer service. In all my years of renting hotels this has to be the worst experience I have ever experienced. Im calling customer service foe a refund. This was unacceptable at all levels."

"The AC didn't cool, there were roaches in the hallway, there was an exploded swim diaper in the pool and dirty towels on the floor. Front desk never answers the phone and there are several homeless people camped out near the dumpster."
