"Not walkable at all. Common areas could use a deep clean. Dirty upholstry on all. Staff is occupied by their phones. Could wipe tables at breakfast in between customers. No amenities anymore? Lotion?"

"Great location, friendly staff, clean and well kept hotel. The hotel is gorgeous, very modern and the Breakfast was excellent. The only aspect they can improve is the pool which due to high occupancy wasn’t clean. Water was green and cloudy, signs of low chlorine and poor filtration. However, we fully recommend this hotel and will stay here on all our upcoming trips to Houston."

"To be fair, I know some guests won’t take care of things, I.e. liquid spills near the elevator, but that’s really not the fault of cleaning service. Guests should report their own mess. As a returning customer multiple times, I’m missing the scrambled eggs by order (custom) that the hotel use to have long time ago. In general the hotel is very good, and is my favorite in energy corridor."

"Our room was very nice, clean and spacious, equip just enough for the two of us. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Morning breakfast was terrific with waffles, eggs and bacon. We really enjoyed our stay overall. Will definitely come back again."
