"When cars pull into park their lights shine into the bedroom. Blackout curtains would help that situation. The metal draw bridge about a block away is VERY noisy. Other than those 2 things the houseboat was outstanding, very clean, decorated nicely, well furnished and comfortable."

"We rented 2 condos! Both were clean and neat. Stocked well with plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very nice cookware look almost new. Microwave was clean no signs of being used. Bed was very comfortable! Only issue was no iron and a faint smell like mildew. We got some Fabolous and that cleared it! This is our new go to place when in Titusville! Highly recommend! A++++++. Thank you for an awesome stay and great service!!!!"

"We booked with this property because it advertised a hot tub. Unfortunately, The hot tub was not functioning as it should. The rental company did give us a $25 credit. The condo was lovely and the convenience of the on site restaurant was appreciated. I would stay here again, but I would call ahead to be sure the hot tub was functioning."
