"Beautiful all around "

"The staff was awesome, but the rooms were terrible"

"Lovely staff but our room had a leaking fridge and the shower wouldnt drain and leaked all over our room. The floor was so wet our daughter slipped on her butt in the middle of the night when she went to go to the bathroom. We struggled to get any sleep as we had a bunch of people yelling outside our room until about 3am. "

"We arrived quite late and exhausted. It was disappointing that even though our reservation was for five, the room was not ready for five. When I went back down I was told I should've asked for my linens for the bed during check in. Breakfast was also a mess, the maintenance man was trying to bring food out explaining that the usual person was working the front desk. Therefore there was almost nothing to eat. Oh, and the AC was not working in the breakfast area making it uncomfortable too. "

"Property was clean but needs major repairs. Bed mattress rested on what appeared to be a metal fencing. The laundry machines only took quarters and the facility had no quarters to exchange for us. The breakfast was good."

"It’s 50/50 with this place….If u just staying overnight it’s ok but not long term!! The tub slowly drains and the room had zero lamps in it and when complained they bought lamps to the room 1 hour b4 checkout time and we was like well we leaving now it’s to late Lol"

"Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, AC works amazing and it is Only 20 minutes away from Space Center which it is very convenient if your arebin town for that. Now, Breakfast is very very basic and simple (no protein at all). If you are picky, this is not your place.."
