"This was our first stay at a Drury Hotel and we were very impressed. The staff was very nice. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. We also enjoyed the complimentary popcorn and soft drinks every afternoon. This is the first hotel we have ever stayed at that had a complimentary evening snacks and cocktails. But snacks is an understatement. It was a full-on dinner buffet with a different menu each night. It very good. We had a 3 night stay and they upgraded us from a standard king...

"Breakfast was good, but needed to be refilled quicker. I really wanted a muffin, but there was only 1 left and it wasn't refilled by the time my daughter and I were finished eating. The waffles were DELICIOUS, though! :)"

"The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The shower was difficult for me to use because the floor became slippery when wet and I had to put a hand towel down to stand on. Also, the shower head was out of my reach and badly adjusted for my use. The breakfast was disappointing, but free hotel breakfasts almost always are."

"For the price we have stayed in much nicer places. No breakfast included. Plastic shower hose and head. Shower floor had flaking coating. Room was clean. Just disappointed for the price. Location was within walking distance of the Lond Center where we where going but we will not stay there again."

"They were in the middle of a remodel of half of the wing of the hotel which if you know about up front is no deal killer , properties do need to be updated and maintained however none of that was disclosed before the booking. We stayed at this particular hotel because we have kids and they had an indoor pool, that we weren't able to use because it was broken. Staff was very professional and said they tried to contact us , but because we booked through 3rd party they were unable to reach us. ...

"I liked the cleanliness,the quiet,and hot tub,but dissatisfied check in was at 5pm not like 1pm, then no continental breakfast,but guess it was my fault for not investigating into it better me myself will never go back especially when I went through you guys for discount but did not get so I went there to check in mentioned are reservation but I had mentioned my wife was coming but she was slow because of her health hard time breathing, so he had mentioned he did have handicap room if I prefer...
