"Secured reservation online. Arrived around 4:30 pm and there was a line out the door with no rooms available. Waited about 30 minutes before something was ready. Big signs said POOL CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Posted everywhere were a full sheet of rules that certainly felt like they have had behavior issues in the past and were admonishing their guests.
