"We were here with a soccer team for a tournament. The hotel was very dirty and felt unsafe. Police were called around 3:00 AM on our first night because of a fight, and a few days later we learned that someone had DIED on the property. The hotel did offer two free nights after everything that happened, but we chose to leave and stay elsewhere. Very disappointing experience- do not recommend"

My poor rating for this particular hotel is due to very poor Frontier Desk reception treatment I suffered at the hands of apparently only person on duty, Jeremiah Broytes. Jeremiah was rude and was not prepared to remedy obvious issues at Check-in.
