"We checked into our room to find the previous guests food, key cards, trash on the floor, and hair still on the bed. We immediately went to the front desk who said it would be take care of. House keeping arrived within minutes, we put all of our bags in a corner of the room and left to go to our ball game, expecting to come back to a freshly cleaned room. This was not the case. We got back around 10 pm to find the only thing house keeping had done was changed the bed. The previous guests food,...

"We stayed for a softball tournament with a team and the rooms were clean and the staff was excellent. Also accommodating our needs and the breakfast was yummy! Would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville."

"I never do reviews but this placed deserves it, is excellent, clean, neat, calm, staff was amazing, Seth and Georgia were amazing, the breakfast pancakes taste home made and it was no rush breakfast, the space is calm so the energy is super. Loved that the television where internet connected so all your show apps are available. The scent shampoo and all, where so good!"
